We believe that there is only one way to properly recruit, our process is time-tested and proven, and by focusing on this process we guarantee that our clients see the very best candidates in the marketplace. At Demaxa, we apply this best practice to all our searches and we follow all the steps to ensure we provide the highest level of service.

The Art of the Search...........

Client Needs Assessment:
Your participation is paramount, we take a business partnering approach w/ each client. We listen to your needs, take a detailed job description, and get a feel for your company’s culture and environment. This ensures that we deliver the best candidates in the marketplace for your specific organization.

Network/Recruit:
We speak to an average of 100+ possible candidates for each individual search. Every candidate we speak to has the experience and skill set that you desire for your particular opening.

Face-to-face Interview:
We narrow down the best 12 candidates per search, and invite them into our office for a face-to-face interview. We will never present a candidate to you without meeting them first.

Assess/Evaluate:
We put each candidate we interview through a very thorough evaluation process, we assess not only their technical skills but also their communication skills. We check their references, verify any degrees and any certifications.

Match:
We then choose the best 4 candidates that we feel meet the profile and specifications that you desire. These are the best 4 candidates out of the 100+ we recruited and the 12 we met with face-to-face.

Present:
We then present those 4 best-in-class candidates to you and set up times for you to interview them.

Brief:
We ensure each candidate is familiar w/ your organization, the job details, and your corporate culture.

Debrief
After you interview each candidate, we conduct a thorough debrief and provide you with their feedback and interest level.

Placement:
We ensure a very smooth offer and acceptance process, we will not advise you to extend an offer unless we feel that the candidate is closed on your position and prepared to accept.

Follow-up:
We continue to work for you even after the candidate accepts your position to make sure the transition is a smooth and positive one.
