Michael Assaad, Managing Partner
Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago. Michael has been in the staffing industry since 1996. He spent his first 3 years with the largest specialized staffing firm in the world. There he received Rookie of the Year honors and was ranked top-12 in the world by his 2nd year. Michael left there to join a very large International staffing firm. He was hired as the Regional Perm Director for the entire Midwest region and was very successful in hiring and training many of the company’s top Executive Recruiters, including 5 “Rookie of the Year” winners in a row. Michael was also involved in training at the national level, he conducted 5-day high-intensive seminars at the company’s training university. Michael has trained over 750 Executive Recruiters during his tenure. Due to Michael’s successful accomplishments, he was promoted to VP of Permanent Placement and was responsible for the overall growth and strategy for the company’s entire perm division. As VP of Permanent Placement, he was instrumental in implementing the Perm management infrastructure and growing the perm revenues significantly. Michael has also been interviewed and quoted in articles that have been featured in CFO.com, Careerjournal.com, and Webcpa.com.
